Cependant, dans ce cas sp\u00e9cifique, il me semble int\u00e9ressant de partager ces impressions toutes fraiches, d&#8217;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0, quitte \u00e0 publier un second billet plus complet plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But why would any fresh impression be of any interest ? (1984)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outre ces films, il mit en sc\u00e8ne un nombre extraordinaire de pi\u00e8ces de th\u00e9\u00e2tres, ainsi que quelques op\u00e9ras : 171 en tout, si l&#8217;en en croit le site web qui lui est officiellement d\u00e9di\u00e9 : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingmarbergman.se\/en\/productions\">https:\/\/www.ingmarbergman.se\/en\/productions<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je vous laisse imaginer ce que cela repr\u00e9sente chaque ann\u00e9e (en plus des films). Du reste, Bergman lui-m\u00eame raconte dans son livre (je cite de m\u00e9moire) : &#8220;nous \u00e9tions jeunes et travaillions sur un nombre extravagant de spectacles, dans des d\u00e9lais follement courts. Cela \u00e9tait au demeurant formidable pour notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et pour l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.&#8221;<br>Pour le dire tr\u00e8s simplement, nous parlons donc d&#8217;un artiste accompli, qui n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas moins p\u00e9tri de contradictions et de luttes int\u00e9rieures, derri\u00e8re les apparences du succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What the book offers<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auto-biographies are quite classic, notably in the art's sphere (actors memoirs and so on\u2026)<br>De fait, j&#8217;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 lu son livre &#8220;Laterna Magica&#8221;, qui n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas inint\u00e9ressant, mais dans le cas de second livre &#8220;Images&#8221;, il s&#8217;agit moins de la vie de l&#8217;artiste que des perspectives offertes par son \u0153uvre.<br>Obviously, in the path of an artist, there's a close relation between personal life and art productions, but where this book truly shines is that we read only things that truly matter for understanding the works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A titre d&#8217;exemple, voici un extrait du livre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>La d\u00e9cision de repr\u00e9senter la vie lumineuse et heureuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise au moment o\u00f9 je trouvais la vie vraiment difficile \u00e0 supporter. Il en avait \u00e9t\u00e9 de m\u00eame avec &#8220;Souvenirs d&#8217;une nuit d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9&#8221;, qui a jailli d&#8217;une dure incertitude. Je crois que cela vient de ce que les forces cr\u00e9atrices accourrent quand l&#8217;\u00e2me est menac\u00e9e. Parfois, \u00e7a se passe bien, comme dans &#8220;Souvenirs d&#8217;une nuit d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9&#8221;, &#8220;Fanny et Alexandre&#8221; et &#8220;Persona&#8221;. Parfois, \u00e7a se termine mal, comme dans &#8220;L&#8217;\u0152uf du serpent&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus globalement, le livre s&#8217;int\u00e9resse \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pratiquement tous les films r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur 40 ans, ainsi que quelques spectacles. La structure n&#8217;est pas lin\u00e9aire (ce qui serait sans doute un peu chiant), mais \u00e9labor\u00e9e par th\u00e8mes, tels que : &#8220;les r\u00eaves&#8221;, &#8220;premiers films&#8221;, &#8220;com\u00e9dies&#8221;, &#8220;croire ou ne pas croire&#8221;\u2026 C&#8217;est ainsi que nous percevons le parcours g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin, selon une dynamique plus \u00e9motionnelle et que nous en apprenons long en termes de perspectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous comprenons comment l&#8217;artiste observe son parcours, au travers :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Initials objectives and intuitions (thanks to notes in personal diaries) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du processus d&#8217;\u00e9criture, de mise en jach\u00e8re des id\u00e9es, de d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un projet en pr\u00e9production, du tournage, du montage et autres actions de post production (y compris l&#8217;\u00e9ventuel marketing) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du jugement de l&#8217;auteur : tel ou tel film a-t-il su (ou non) r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9preuve du temps ? Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience d&#8217;un homme de 75 ans environ (au moment de l&#8217;\u00e9criture de ce livre), et aux observations pratiques de plus de 200 productions, nous comprenons aussi que rien n&#8217;est jamais acquis et que chaque projet repr\u00e9sente un nouveau d\u00e9but.
